How the process works- 01
Describe the property
Give the address, wet rooms, known source and current access. Ask the contractor to confirm availability and assessment charges.

Review the collection
Read the pickup scope beside the charge. Clarify the rooms, equipment, contents responsibilities, exclusions and payment terms.

Agree the work
Identify who can authorize the collection and changes. Ask how a revised recommendation will be presented before approval.

Discuss what remains
Ask about remaining moisture, records and any further equipment or visits. Review the reason and charge for additional work.
Describe what you know.
Provide the street address, ZIP, rooms and approximate depth. Explain the source if known, discovery time, access and contents restrictions. Say when a detail is uncertain.
Ask for the scope beside the charge.
Confirm assessment charges, pickup tasks, equipment time, exclusions and payment arrangements. Agree who can authorize work and how changes will be explained before approval.
Make the handover useful.
Discuss remaining moisture and records, then review any further recommendations and their costs. A collected pool does not establish that all materials are dry.
